Oh, you knew it seemed too easy. Following the beat down of the F-22 in Congress - the RAND Corporation just happens to release a study suggesting that the Taiwanese air defenses could be overwhelmed by an all out Chinese attack.
Sure they said essentially the same thing nine years ago, but now they've updated their report to suggest that Guam based F-22s could make a real difference in the outcome.
Gosh - I wonder who will be the first right winger to use this study to argue for us buying more F-22s?
