Follow through

A commenter reminded me to look into whether or not Brown County was following up on their promise to pursue child enticement and drug charges against (former Brown County GOP chair) Donald J. Fleischman.

Apparently, they are. He's to be arraigned in June of this year.

Shame on me for doubting.

Fleischman was convicted and sentenced to 30 days in jail and a 6 month probation, in mid-March of 2009.
Within a month, April 13th, he violated his probation and was again arrested. This time got the judge mad, who warned him of his arrogance and attitude at March sentencing, warning him of what he may face if he returned to court.

The judge then sentenced Fleischman to 6 months in jail, and required him to register as a Sex Offender for 10 years, after reinstating the charges for exposing his genitals to a minor.

Brown County Case Number 2008CF000155

Thanks for the reminder.

Given probation for Child Enticement in February this idiot gets it revoked in March.

What a piece of work.
