Some news items are just so stupid - you want to reach through the screen and slap somebody:
A person calls 911 to get an ambulance for their father who is having a seizure. They are borderline hysterical and use profanity.
The responding operator (a police officer) chastises them for their language and then hangs up on them.
Incredibly, it only gets worse from there.
