Keith Urbahn: dumbest comback ever

Okay, so David Barstow gets a Pulitzer for breaking the Military Analyst scandal and two days ago- Rumsfeld mouthpiece Keith Urbahn spouts off with:
The Times's reporting on DoD's routine outreach to military experts didn't merit a place in the paper, much less a Pulitzer.
He's referring to the DoD report that cleared the program of wrongdoing.

Which makes it kind of of a shame that the DoD picked the next day to withdraw the very same report Urbahn had used to justify his snark. That's gotta sting.

So, if you're on record as bad mouthing the article that first brought this whole mess to light - you'd figure you'd shut the hell up for awhile.

Instead, Urbahn responds with this:
Since the New York Times got a Pulitzer for its discredited reporting, perhaps the administration deserves Olympic gold for its latest backflip. Typical for the Obama administration, this is a 'change' we can't believe in.
Mr. Urbahn?  I hope you were drunk-dialing US News, because if that was a sober attempt, you're a freaking idiot.
