Everything's coming up Goldmann

The Chairman of the New York Fed had stock in Goldmann Sachs. More to the point:
[He] not only held Goldman Sachs shares in violation of Fed policy but loaded up on more of them while his appeal for an exemption was under way.

The rules moved on this guy, but the real issue is how incredibly lax the standards are in this environment. The rules are outdated, slow and completely inadequate for regulating those who seek to exploit them.
