Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, thank you for saying so...

From CJR:
Governor Kathleen Sebelius of Kansas...delivered this line early in her Democratic response to the presidents’s [State of the Union] address:
SEBELIUS:[R]ight now tonight as the political pundits discuss the president's speech, chances are they'll obsess over reactions of members of Congress, how many times was the president interrupted by applause, do Republicans stand, did the Democrats sit? And the rest of us will roll our eyes and think, what in the world does any of that have to do with me?
A-freaking-men. Live TV can't all be great, but can we at least be spared "insight" that consists of some intern making marks on their tablet while watching the feed.

I mean, what are they trying to do? Compare bursts of applause this time to his lifetime average? Postseason?

Really, Larry, his numbers have fallen off this year. I'm thinking the GOP is going to bench him.
