Now the president is trying to manipulate the pocket veto. He cannot do what he is doing, yet he does it anyway.

He's saying the Defense Authorization bill is dead - killed by a pocket veto. Congress is saying that the bill is not dead, but can be revived by a vote to override.

Congress has to put the screws to him, and thankfully – it appears that they just might.
