Imagine you're the GOP party chair of Washington
...and you're looking at these numbers (via CNN):
240 votes separate the two leaders, there are about 2,000 votes to be counted. What do you do?

I love this. Either the Washington GOP has dark motivations for swinging a caucus to McCain, or they are complete idiots.
